There are direct flights to Granada from:

London Stansted
Liverpool
London Gatwick

The airport is located about 10 km from the city centre. There are buses from the airport which are timed to coincide with the arrivals and departures of these flights. They depart from just outside the terminal, and stop all through town.

The bus costs around 5 euros.

A taxi from the airport to the centre of town will cost around 26 euros.

Flights to Malaga Airport
 
Malaga airport is 120 km from Granada. It takes 1hour 30 minutes from Malaga to Granada by car. The best way to get to Granada by public transport is to catch a bus from the 'estación de autobuses' in the centre of Malaga. There are frequent buses which connect the airport with the bus station. There are buses every hour until 22.00 and the bus journey takes 2 hours. It is difficult to get to Granada by bus if you arrive after 10pm. A taxi from Malaga to Granada costs approx 120 euros.

Granada is very easy to reach by car. There is a motorway from Madrid, Malaga, Seville, Murcia........in fact, from all directions!!
